2021 HIGH LEVEL INDUSTRIAL PROFESSIONALS CULTIVATION PROGRAM REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS WITH A TAIWANESE DOCTORATE

The High Level Industrial Professionals Cultivation Program (also known as the "Industrial Postdoctoral Program") provides doctorate holders with training  conducted by NTHU.

It offers on-the-job training and an internship to help doctorate holders build uppracticalexperience and core professional skills in the hopes of connecting doctorate holders to careers in the industry.


 

Training Remuneration

  1. This program will subsidize training remuneration and relevant costs of doctoral talent training by training units during the training period. each accepted applicant shall receive NT$60,000each month.
  2. Training Period : From August 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022.
  3. Making a great performance during your internship, may turn your internship into a permanent job
Application Process

1- Starting from June 15, 2021
Apply for the ProgramRegistration Form on the programwebsite.
 
2- July 10 ~ August 10, 2021
Email resumes (Application closes immediately after the position is full. )
 
3- According to the date of notification
the applicant  go to the company for an interview
 
4- August 1, 2021
Announce the list of accepted doctoral talent.
applicants head to its premises to report for duty.
 
5- August 1, 2021
Accepted applicantsparticipate in training coursesand do internship at company.
 
6- April 30, 2022
Turn your internship into a permanent job.
