培訓單位：依計畫每月支付NT$60,000給博士
each accepted applicant shall receive NT$60,000 each month.
實習公司：各類獎金每年至少九萬元(可按月比例提撥，方法將與博士菁英另訂)
Cooperate with the preparation of at least 90,000 NTD per person per year bonus to pay various bonuses, which can be allocated on a monthly basis and the method will be discussed with the doctoral intern.
實習公司可增加的薪資與福利Supplement：

未來聘僱博士規劃說明 Amarex intends to train intern as our permanent employees and expects the intern will equip capacities to work in Amarex after the internship. Amarex will arrange periodical performance reviews to evaluate the intern’s work performance and to make sure the intern adapt our company. In the last performance reviews prior to the end of internship, supervisors will evaluate if the intern is competent in the position, meanwhile, we will also inquire the intern’s volition of employment. If the intern is qualified for the position and willing to join Amarex, we will further discuss on the company offer. |
