Salary
|
培訓單位：依計畫每月支付NT$60,000給博士
each accepted applicant shall receive NT$60,000 each month.
實習公司：各類獎金每年至少九萬元(可按月比例提撥，方法將與博士菁英另訂)
Cooperate with the preparation of at least 90,000 NTD per person per year bonus to pay various bonuses, which can be allocated on a monthly basis and the method will be discussed with the doctoral intern.
實習公司可增加的薪資與福利Supplement：
公司補充:
1. 若配合出差海外,提供出差天數經費與機票、食宿
2. 若表現優秀將加發獎金
除了基本薪資外，還有其他獎金福利，包含每年定額健檢、婚喪喜慶等各項津貼補助等，有許多免費的學習資源、健身房、休閒運動設備與課程等，除了薪資福利外，更兼顧員工身心靈健康與平衡
