Salary

培訓單位：依計畫每月支付NT$60,000給博士
each accepted applicant shall receive NT$60,000 each month.
實習公司：各類獎金每年至少九萬元(可按月比例提撥，方法將與博士菁英另訂)
Cooperate with the preparation of at least 90,000 NTD per person per year bonus to pay various bonuses, which can be allocated on a monthly basis and the method will be discussed with the doctoral intern.
實習公司可增加的薪資與福利Supplement：
1、保障年薪14個月。
2、營業目標達成：年終獎金、特別獎金。
3、高激勵成效之獎金分紅制度。
4、完善保險福利、員工年度健康檢查。
5、多元專業能力發展教育訓練。
6、專利提案/送件/領證獎金。
